Getting your brand-new gear right to your doorstep should be smooth, fast, and completely clear. At Sporty Jacket, we work hard to make sure your tracking updates are live and your package arrives safely. Here is how our global shipping process works in plain, simple words.

SHIPPING COST

We keep our delivery rates very simple, so you never see unexpected fees:

  • Free Shipping: If you order from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia, your shipping is 100% free.
  • Global Flat Rate: For all other countries, we charge a simple flat rate of $15 per item. This is calculated automatically before you pay at checkout.
  • Note: Due to postal rules, we cannot accept orders from a few restricted regions.

DELIVERY TIMES

We move quickly to get your order packed and out the door:

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: We lock in daily orders at 5:00 PM. If you buy something after 5:00 PM, our team will start working on it the next business day.
  • Processing Time: It takes us 2–3 business days to check your item, run a quality test, and securely pack it.
  • Transit Time: Once the shipping company picks up your package, it spends 3–5 business days traveling to your city.
  • Total Delivery Time: Usually, your jacket will arrive at your house within 5–8 business days from the day you order.
  • Note: Our team works hard Monday through Friday. We take a breather on Saturday Sundays and public holidays.

TRUSTED SHIPPING COMPANIES & TRACKING

We never use cheap, untrackable mail services. We only partner with the best international shipping leaders: DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

  • Live Tracking: Within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number to watch your package move every step of the way.

4. Your Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order! If a package gets delayed, lost, or sent back to us because of a typo in your address, the customer is responsible for covering the extra shipping fees to mail the package a second time.

5. Customs Fees and Taxes

International orders crossing borders may occasionally face local customs inspections, import taxes, or processing fees, depending on your country’s laws. Please keep in mind that these extra charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our store prices.

6. Delivery Issues & Seasonal Delays

While we always try to hit our delivery dates perfectly, rare things like bad weather, busy holiday rushes, or customs backlogs can cause small delays.

If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or goes missing, please get in touch with our support team right away. We will immediately work with the shipping carrier to solve the problem for you!
