In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we provide a simple refund and exchange program. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Return Window: You may return or exchange your items within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
• Condition: To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Non-returnable Items: Items marked as final sale, customised, or opened intimate wear products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• We would like to inform you that all the items we offer, whether branded or non-branded, are replicas. These items are inspired by popular TV series and movies. We are providing replica services, and as mentioned in our “About Us” we do not offer refunds for replica items. If you have ordered a branded product and later find out that it is a replica, we cannot provide a refund.

How to Return or Exchange

1. The Return Process should be started. Please contact our customer service or use the return form available on our website to begin the process.
2. Return Shipping: You will receive an invoice with the return shipping costs unless an item is defective,/or there was a mistake in your order. We advise shipping with a service that can be tracked to ensure the product arrives safely.
3. Packaging: I suggest the item be well-packed to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Policy

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The refund will cover the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges.
• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your account.
• Non-refundable Charges: Shipping fees, including return shipping, are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged.

Exchanges

• Swapping: If you would like to swap a product due to a size change or the colour, you can return the item and create a new order with the new size or colour.
• Stock Availability: Availability is based on the availability of stock of exchanges. If the item you want to trade in is out of stock, you will be informed and your option will be to receive a refund or a store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Damaged Items: When you get a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service quickly! At no extra charge to you, we will organise a repair or a refund.
• Inspection: Inspection of all items that are returned will be done to ascertain any damage and or signs of wear. When an item fails our terms of return, we are free to either send it back to the customer or reimburse the customer at a diminished value.
