At Sporty Jacket, we want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return, refund, or exchange according to the conditions explained in this policy.

30-Day Return Period

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date the order is marked as delivered.

Customers must contact our support team within this 30-day period to request a return, refund, or exchange. Requests made after the applicable period may not be approved.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

For a return to be considered, the product should:

• Remain in its original condition.
• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Have no stains, odors, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other signs of use.
• Not have been damaged, changed, or modified by the customer.
• Be returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Products that do not satisfy these conditions may be refused for return, refund, or exchange.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped. If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before shipment, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are excluded from our return and exchange program:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Products sent back without receiving return approval from Sporty Jacket.

Starting a Return or Refund Request

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer support team and provide:

• Your order number.
• The reason for your request.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Any additional information or evidence requested by our support team.

After reviewing your request, we will provide the necessary return instructions and the correct warehouse address for your location.

Please do not ship a return before receiving authorization from our team. Unauthorized packages may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns, refunds, and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of the customer's location.

Sporty Jacket does not normally provide prepaid return labels unless this has been specifically agreed in writing.

Once your request has been approved, our support team will provide the appropriate return address. Depending on your location, your return may be directed to a warehouse in:

• Pakistan
• United States
• United Kingdom
• Netherlands

Customers should only send returns to the address specifically provided by our support team.

Refund Review & Processing

After the returned product reaches the designated warehouse, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy.

If the inspection is successfully completed, the refund will be authorized.

Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchange Requests

Customers who wish to exchange an eligible product must contact Sporty Jacket within 30 days of delivery.

The item must meet the same condition requirements applicable to returns, including being:

• Unworn and unused.
• Unwashed.
• In its original condition.
• Complete with its original tags.
• Free from stains, odors, damage, or other signs of use.
• Returned with original packaging whenever possible.

Products that fail to meet these requirements may not qualify for an exchange.

Price Difference on Exchanges

If the replacement product has a lower price than the original purchase, the difference will be returned to the original payment method after the exchange is approved.

If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the difference before the replacement can be shipped.

Shipping for Exchange Replacements

The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the original product back.

After the returned item has been received and approved:

• Customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia will receive free shipping for the replacement item.
• Customers in other eligible destinations are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the shipping packaging.
• An unboxing video, if available.

Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to have resulted from Sporty Jacket, the available solution may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

If the problem appears to have occurred during transportation, we will work with the relevant carrier and assist with the investigation where possible.

Packages Lost During Delivery

If your shipment appears to be lost while in transit, contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will contact the relevant shipping carrier and investigate the shipment.

If the carrier confirms that the parcel has been lost, an appropriate resolution may be offered, including a replacement or refund, depending on the results of the investigation.

Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery failure or requires the order to be shipped again, any additional shipping expenses will be the customer's responsibility.

Refused Packages

If a customer refuses delivery for reasons unrelated to an error by Sporty Jacket, the original shipping cost is not refundable.

Where additional return shipping or handling expenses occur, these amounts may be deducted from any refund that is otherwise due.
