- Transit Time: Once the shipping company picks up your package, it spends 3–5 business days traveling to your city.

1. The window for returning
If you want to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from the day it arrives at your door to do so.
2. When can you send it back?
We’ll gladly take things back as long as they follow these simple rules:
The reason: The item was damaged when it arrived, it has a flaw from the factory, or we sent you the wrong style by mistake.
The jacket must be brand new, never worn, clean, and still in its original box with all of its retail tags still on it.
Tip: To help us get things done faster, our support team may ask you to send a quick picture or video of the problem so we can check it out.
3. Sales that are permanent custom orders:
We can’t take back or refund custom-tailored jackets because they are made just for you and your body measurements. The sales are final, unless the custom jacket gets damaged in transit and comes broken.
Items That Have Been Used: We can’t take back a jacket that has been worn, smells like smoke or perfume, or doesn’t have its original tags.

Size Mistakes: If your jacket doesn’t fit quite right, you can ask for a refund or a different one as long as it’s still brand new and unworn.
7. Who pays for sending it?
When you return an item because it was broken or because we sent the wrong order, we’re fully responsible. We will pay for the whole cost of shipping the item back to us.
If you decide to return a jacket because you changed your mind or picked the wrong size, you will have to pay for the postage to send it back. You might have to pay a small fee to have the new size sent back to you as well.
8. Areas where shipping is limited
We can’t take orders from some parts of the world because of rules about international shipping and courier limits. You won’t be able to place an order on our website if you live in one of these limited areas.
